Payment via American Express will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.

Complimentary Airline Delegate Passes* 
CAPA is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary passes for airline delegates. To see if you are entitled to a pass, email your full name/company/job title to Karen Wakefield kwakefield@centreforaviation.com 

CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the complimentary airline delegate passes. Strictly one (1) complimentary pass per airline will be accepted. If your airline requires more than 1 pass, payment will be required. 

Complimentary airline guest passes are for full time direct employees of scheduled airlines only. Any affiliates, ACMI providers/charter airlines or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable.

Delegates are entitled to the full conference sessions, conference refreshments and lunch.
Aviation Summit delegates have access to both Networking Dinners (12 and 13 Feb).
Airport Summit delegates have access to the Networking Dinner on 13 Feb only.
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in India. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.

Visas:
Most nationalities are now able to apply for an e-Visa (eBusiness category) for travel to India. Please do not apply for an eConference visa as this is only applicable for events organised by the Government of India. Delegates attending private sector industry meetings need to apply for an eBusiness visa.

For information on which nationalities are eligible and to submit an application online please visit http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/tvoa.html. Citizens of other countries should contact the nearest Indian diplomatic mission for information on visa requirements and the application process. If required, CAPA India is able to provide a letter of invitation for confirmed delegates. Please contact us on events@capaindia.com to request an invitation letter.
